Roasted Fire, La Clásica Chipotle, Pasto Sauce, Chile Verde, Little Red Hot, or Big Red Hot Salsa
SALSAUCE
INGREDIENTS
1/4 - 1/2 jar of your favorite Pass The Sauced Salsa
1 pound of desired protein: Chicken parts, pork loin, ground turkey
8 ounces any broth (veggie, chicken, beef)
.5 bunch of cilantro (chopped)
1/2 teaspoon Mexican Oregano
1 Bay Leaf
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Oil (Grapeseed or Avocado oil works best for high heat)
DIRECTIONS
Salt protein; set aside. Heat sauté pan, add oil, sear protein, and lower heat. Add preferred amount of Pass The Sauced salsa, add broth. Bring sauce mix to boil, lower heat to simmer, add dry herbs, cover and slow cook until ready. Stir occasionally. Serve with rice and greens. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
